Our production area is 6.000m2 of which 2.000m2 are completelly covered. We have also four overhead travelling cranes that can lift weights up to 30 tons. The productive departments is divided in:
Boring milling-drilling department:
It consists of 4 CNC work centres to be able to realize lavorations in continuous 5 axis up to a lenght of 8.000mm and a hight of 2.500 mm hight with a new Fpt Ronin Evo which was placed in 2015, a Mecof CS500, a Sachman T314 and a Hurco, 2 radial drill of 2.000mm and a level grinding of 75.x500mm.
The turning-cutting department
With 2 hand turning machine and 3 CNC turning machine we can realize works up to 810mm of diameter and 4.000mm of lenght.
The welding department
In this department is it possible to find two machines for the MIG welding, a machine for the TIG welding and a machine for the Open-Arc weldings.
The assembly and trial department
In this department products are tesetd according to the flow, the pressure and the strenght in a non-distructive manner.
The control and dimensional analysis department
This air-conditioned room contains a metrological machine capable of carrying out 3D DEA control on products of up to a dimension of 5.000×2.000×1.500mm.

Our new tiltid table lathe center SBL 500 CNC is suitable for machining operations up to 410×1500 mm. We deemed it necessary to purchase this new machine to cope with the exponential increase in the orders of our customers and to maintain the punctuality of deliveries.
A NEW COMMUNICATION SYSTEM
After important analysis carried on about the internal communication system of the company, DGS S.r.l. decided to develop a telematic system that will optimize the working times and will also allow to monitor problems that could arise in the production. To realize this project, all productive operators received a tablet with a specific application. This system will guarantee a more simple and immediate communication between the operators and the people in charge of the production and management control and will give an always more completed and updated vision of the different production phases. The system will be constantly completed according to the growth level of the company.
The latest arrival at DGS is a three-axis Hurco milling machine, which substitutes our old one and which is now capable of machining up to 1625x865x765. This new generation machine ensures precision and speed in carrying out all the milling necessary for the development of internal equipment and machining of the smallest parts.

On the 7th November 2016, DGS S.r.l. took part to the PMI DAY, an initiative promoted by the Association of the Industrialists of Brescia (AIB) with the aim of help the students to encountered the world of work. Our guests, who were the students of the 4th class of the school Don Milani of Montichiari, had the possibility to discover something more about a company such as a workshop and understand the dynamics behind the production process that starts with the request for quotation from the customers and ends with the supply of the requested products. The PMI day represented an important instrument for the student to have a first contact with a company.
Finally the Ronin is operative!!! We have the pleasure to inform out clients that we have placed a new milling machine FPT Ronin Evo to realize the works of components in continuous 5 axis up to 8.000×2.500mm. This new machine is made of a rototraslating table 2.000×2.000mm with a payload of 20tons, shaping change with a storehouse for 140 placements and automatic head change with four types of heads to realise every type of work. Thanks to the new generation machine it is possible to work on bigger dimensions and with an improved quality.
New machine DEA ALPHA
The quality and the precision are at the firs place. For this reason we decided to start our activity placing a 3D machine DEA Alpha Classic 20.50.15 that can provide high precision and a software that allows us to produce reports with high quality graphic representations and chromatic representations. This machine can measure parts with dimensions up to 5.000×2.000×1.500mm and it guarantees a precise and reliable measurement. We built an air-conditioned room to ensure a constant temperature during the dimensional control phase. The roof of the room can be opened in order to introduce parts with the overhead travelling crane. This machine is perfect for the dimensional control of parts before the revision because it allows us to verify the wear or finished particulars (such as pieces of high-precision mechanics or for the moulds field).
