DGS S.r.l. is a new company, founded in 2014 by Stefano and Giuseppe Moreschi, who have a more than twenty years experience in the field of steel.
This company was established to offer the customers a trustworthy, quality-orientated and precise service, not only in supplying but also in restoring components coming from the steel work industry.
DGS S.r.l. is specialised in the realisation (starting from the drawing) of finished products and in the restoration of copper and copper-alloy components, such as ingot mould slabs, cooling boxes, contact plates, burners,…
The company carries out dimensional controls with a machinary DEA Alpha on pieces and moulds of a dimension up to 5000x2000x1500mm and releases the concerning control reports.
Thanks to the efficiency of its competent personnel and to the strengthened knowledge, DGS S.r.l. can provide its customers the restoration and the regeneration of worn down parts and a punctual delivery that represent strong points of the company.
The oven’s components such as burners, tube, injectors, cooling panels and boxes, clamps and contact plaques can be all completely regenerated.
A considerable advantage for clients is the regeneration of components used in the continuous casting process, such as the application of Nickel or Chrome at the ingot mould plates.
Shortly after its foundation, DGS S.r.l. obtained the certification UNI EN ISO 9001/2008 by SQS. This goal confirms the company’s orientation to a continuous qualitative improvement of its products and services.
The main purpose of DGS S.r.l. is the constant dedication to its clients, offering professionalism and taking care of their needs, in order to reach a long-lasting partnership.
Every phase of each process are followed with a constant and systematic control with modern and technologically advanced tools, according to the requests of the customers and in respect to the international regulation.
Iron and steel casting plants:
- The realization of ingot moulds for blooms and slabs.
- The supply and regeneration of slabs of any size or technology including the addition on the warm side of slabs for any type and dimension.
- The production of slabs up until 8.000×2.500mm.
- The regeneration of ingot moulds through mechanical CNC treatment (numeric control)
Our vast range of products includes slabs with 99% pure Nickel coating, with NI-Fe and Ni-Co, as well as hard Chrome coating.
We also supply and regenerate special rollers that allow the steel to flow easily once it has exited the crystalizers.
Ovens and upperovens:
Our company can supply and regenerate the various copper and copper alloy components such as contact plaques, clamps, burners, sub-lance, lance tips, tubes and cooling boxes.
Furthermore, we can produce bronze, cast iron, and steel components for industries and generic mechanical lavorations based on drowing.
Finally, it is possible realise a planning with the help of the CAD system, realising techical 3D drowings.

Our new tiltid table lathe center SBL 500 CNC is suitable for machining operations up to 410×1500 mm. We deemed it necessary to purchase this new machine to cope with the exponential increase in the orders of our customers and to maintain the punctuality of deliveries.
A NEW COMMUNICATION SYSTEM
After important analysis carried on about the internal communication system of the company, DGS S.r.l. decided to develop a telematic system that will optimize the working times and will also allow to monitor problems that could arise in the production. To realize this project, all productive operators received a tablet with a specific application. This system will guarantee a more simple and immediate communication between the operators and the people in charge of the production and management control and will give an always more completed and updated vision of the different production phases. The system will be constantly completed according to the growth level of the company.
The latest arrival at DGS is a three-axis Hurco milling machine, which substitutes our old one and which is now capable of machining up to 1625x865x765. This new generation machine ensures precision and speed in carrying out all the milling necessary for the development of internal equipment and machining of the smallest parts.

Since its establishment, DGS S.r.l. has always had as solid base and intangible prospects the care and attention for the quality, for the safety and for the environment, that today represent a distinctive element of the global market. Today DGS S.r.l. confirmed this objective receiving the certification of the quality management system ISO9001:2015, the certifications for the health and safety on workplace management system OHSAS18001:2007 and the certification of the environment management system ISO14001:2015. Thank’s to the support of the Tecno Consulting Protech S.r.l. and Malu S.r.l., DGS S.r.l. managed to reach this important goal.

On the 7th November 2016, DGS S.r.l. took part to the PMI DAY, an initiative promoted by the Association of the Industrialists of Brescia (AIB) with the aim of help the students to encountered the world of work. Our guests, who were the students of the 4th class of the school Don Milani of Montichiari, had the possibility to discover something more about a company such as a workshop and understand the dynamics behind the production process that starts with the request for quotation from the customers and ends with the supply of the requested products. The PMI day represented an important instrument for the student to have a first contact with a company.
Finally the Ronin is operative!!! We have the pleasure to inform out clients that we have placed a new milling machine FPT Ronin Evo to realize the works of components in continuous 5 axis up to 8.000×2.500mm. This new machine is made of a rototraslating table 2.000×2.000mm with a payload of 20tons, shaping change with a storehouse for 140 placements and automatic head change with four types of heads to realise every type of work. Thanks to the new generation machine it is possible to work on bigger dimensions and with an improved quality.
New machine DEA ALPHA
The quality and the precision are at the firs place. For this reason we decided to start our activity placing a 3D machine DEA Alpha Classic 20.50.15 that can provide high precision and a software that allows us to produce reports with high quality graphic representations and chromatic representations. This machine can measure parts with dimensions up to 5.000×2.000×1.500mm and it guarantees a precise and reliable measurement. We built an air-conditioned room to ensure a constant temperature during the dimensional control phase. The roof of the room can be opened in order to introduce parts with the overhead travelling crane. This machine is perfect for the dimensional control of parts before the revision because it allows us to verify the wear or finished particulars (such as pieces of high-precision mechanics or for the moulds field).
