One of DGS S.R.L. distinctive elements is always being innovative in the choice of its machinery. The new Sachman T 314 GP CNC milling center, has been added to our Company fleet to allow the simultaneous machining of a higher number of parts.

As a replacement of the previous OHSAS 18001:2008, the new ISO 45001:2018 is focused on improving different aspects as: business context, opportunities and weakness, leadership, renovation, and attendance; in a way to gives workers responsibilities and cooperation. Dopo aver condotto importanti analisi relative al sistema di comunicazione interno aziendale, DGS S.r.l. ha deciso di elaborare un sistema telematico che non solo vada ad ottimizzare i tempi di lavorazione ma che consenta anche di monitorare le eventuali problematiche riguardanti la produzione. Per rendere possibile questo intervento è stato necessario acquistare un tablet per ciascun operatore e la creazione di un’apposita applicazione. Questo sistema garantirà una comunicazione più snella ed immediata tra il singolo operatore e gli addetti al controllo produttivo e di gestione e fornirà una visione sempre completa ed aggiornata delle varie fasi produttive di ciascuna commessa. Il sistema verrà continuamente integrato in relazione al livello di crescita dell’azienda.

The latest arrival at DGS is a three-axis Hurco milling machine, which substitutes our old one and which is now capable of machining up to 1625x865x765. This new generation machine ensures precision and speed in carrying out all the milling necessary for the development of internal equipment and machining of the smallest parts.

7 de noviembre 2016 nuestra empresa ha participado a PMI DAY, una iniciativa promovida da la Asociación de Industriales de la ciudad de Brescia para ayudar los alumnos a entrar en contacto con el mundo de trabajo. Nuestros invitados, los alumnos de la cuarta clase de Instituto Don Milani en Montichiari han tenido la posibilidad de encontrarse con una empresa particular como en taller y también de comprender las principales actividades de una empresa, que van de la solicitud de cotización a la entrega de los productos. Esta iniciativa ha representado el primero contacto para los alumnos con el mundo de trabajo.  

Por fin la Ronin es operativa!!!! Nos gusta enformar a todos nuestros clientes que habíamos instalado una nuova fresadora FPT Ronin Evo para realizar particulares en 5 ejes en continuo hasta  8.000*2.500 mm. Esta nueva “joya” de DGS, esta compuesta de una tavola rototraslante 2.000*2.000 mm , hasta una carga de 20t, cambio de utensilios , y  un almacén para 140 posiciones y cambio cabezales automaticos con  4 tipologías de cabezales para ejecutar cualquiera tipo de laboración. Esta maquinaria permite un adelanto  para el volumen de laboraciones y la calidad adquirida desde la maquinaria de nueva generación.    

La calidad y la precisión se pone al primer lugar de la filosofía DGS , tan que habíamos empezado nuestra actividad instaurando una maquinaria de medición tridimensional DEA Alpha Classic 20.50.15 con grandes prestaciones de precisión y  un software de medición que nos permite emitir informes que comprenden   representaciones gráficas y cromáticas en alta calidad. Esta máquina puede medir piezas que alcanzan tamaños de 5.000*2.000*1.500 mm , garantendo una resultado preciso y confiabile. Fue creada una habitación completamente climatizada para garantizar una temperatura constante durante todo el proceso de control dimensional , tiene un techo quita y pon automático para introducir particulares por medio del  carro. Esta máquina es ideal para el control dimensional de particulares que nunca han sido revisionado, al fin de   comprobar el grado de utilización de las piezas o la precision de los particulares terminados (como piezas de mecánica en alta precisión para el sector de los moldes).
