All processes are followed and monitored at every stage through continuous, constant, and methodical control, with modern and sophisticated tools, according to customer specifications and in compliance with international standards.

Iron and steel casting plants:

• Production of compound ingot molds for blooms and slabs.
• Supply and regeneration of plates of all sizes and technology.
• Production of plates for compound ingot molds
• Reconditioning of composite ingot molds by NC machining.
• The product range includes plates with 99% pure nickel, Ni-Fe, Ni-Co coatings, and hard Chrome coatings.

The product range includes ingot molds, supplies, and special roll regenerations for sliding the steel once it has left the crystallizers.

Electric furnaces and blast furnaces:

We supply and revamp all copper and copper alloy components, such as contact plates, clamps, burners, lances, lance heads, tube heads, and cooling boxes.

In addition, bronze, cast iron, and steel components are also produced for industries, as well as general machining to drawings.

Finally, it is possible to design with a CAD system and produce technical drawings in 3D.
