The quality and the precision are at the firs place. For this reason we decided to start our activity placing a 3D machine DEA Alpha Classic 20.50.15 that can provide high precision and a software that allows us to produce reports with high quality graphic representations and chromatic representations.

This machine can measure parts with dimensions up to 5.000×2.000×1.500mm and it guarantees a precise and reliable measurement.

We built an air-conditioned room to ensure a constant temperature during the dimensional control phase. The roof of the room can be opened in order to introduce parts with the overhead travelling crane.

This machine is perfect for the dimensional control of parts before the revision because it allows us to verify the wear or finished particulars (such as pieces of high-precision mechanics or for the moulds field).
